How we use your details

For people who ask about the Health Check, and people we contact about it. Plan data you send for a report is covered separately by the NDA we both sign.

  • Who we are, company number , registered in England and Wales. Contact: .
  • What we holdIf you request a pilot: your name, company, role, work email and depot size. If we contacted you first: your name, role, company, and your LinkedIn profile link or published work email, taken from public business sources such as company websites, press releases, event speaker lists or LinkedIn.
  • WhyTo reply to your request, and to offer the Health Check to people responsible for transport at UK businesses. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
  • How longPilot requests: 12 months, or longer if you become a customer. People we contacted who did not reply: 3 months after our last message.
  • SharingNever sold, and never shared for anyone else's marketing. Your contact details are not sent to any AI service.
  • This websiteSets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address to send them.
  • Your rightsAsk us at any time what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. If you object to hearing from us, we stop at once and keep only a note not to contact you. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
